Concept Artist
A talented Concept Artist is required to join the team.
Key responsibilities include:- Creating the storyboards from scripts and cutscenes descriptions provided by design, have a creative input on the cinematics content. You'll give feedback on ideas and feasability to designers. You'd also be required to create real-time animatics (i.e camera place holders / moving blocks) using Unreal Engine tools
Skill Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Creation of concept art required for the project: environment, vehicles, visual effects, etc

Senior Animator
They need a talented and experienced character animator to join an animation team for a next gen 3rd person action shooter.
Responsibilities include:- Work within the animation department, creating and implementing all animations for the game, meeting technical, quality and artistic requirements. Working under the Lead Animator and alongside other senior animators. Creating both in-game and real-time cuts-scenes high quality animations.
Working with hand key framed animations and motion capture files. Character rigging and weighting
Skill Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Proven skills in realistic animation of the human form.
- Excellent and demonstrable animation skills including a strong understanding of classic animation principles and fundamentals (squash and stretch, staging, timing, anticipation, exaggeration)

Character Artist
To be consideredvideogame industry experience is a must 1 finished project in the minimum.
You'll have knowledge and advanced technical skills in high and low poly in 3D Studio Max 8 and texturing in Photoshop CS2.
Knowledge of art pipelines knowledge and development would be most beneficial.
Lead Programmer
They need a Lead Programmer to work on a AAA Next Gen title that will push the existing hardware boundaries. The candidate will supervise and guide subordinates throughout the life of a project. He/She must be prepared to overview any of the programming tasks required to complete a particular project.
Responsibilities include reporting to Project Lead regarding technical progress and programming team performance, creation and supervision of technical design documents, suggesting improvements in aiding development, etc.
Skill Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Strong background in programming with at least 5 years career experience.
- At least a full development cycle in a Lead Programmer role in a console project, managing a team of ten or more programmers.
- Excellent communication / leadership skill.
- Excellent C, C++ and OOD skills.

Senior Programmers
They are looking for Senior Programmers to complete their team. Applicants will have to face difficult technical challenges that require creative solutions, so they must be prepared to assume any task related to their department’s programming.
Responsibilities:
- Get integrated in the team and carry out the programming and documenting tasks of the area
- Negotiate their own tasks and report regularly to the Programming Manager.
- Give creative solutions concerning the game and its technology.
- Help the Junior Programmers.
- Collaborate with the art and design teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of game programming in C++/ Objects directed programming.

Lead Designer
Overall responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Producer and Project Manager, and working closely with the programming and art leads, you will manage a team of designers to conceive a new and original concept for a multiplatform MMOG. This will include, among others, the following responsibilities:
- Conceive, design, and pitch original ideas.
- Create, maintain and coordinate the game design documentation.
- Ensure the game design integrity and consistency throughout the entire project.
- Manage opinions and critiques (internal & external) to the game design and communicate these to the Design team.
- Participate in the interface design and usability analysis of development tools.
Specific responsibilities:
- Lead and assist a team of Designer, ensuring that the production goals set for the department are met within timelines.
- Detect and foresee risks, providing practical solutions to detected design problems.
- Document and communicate relevant information to other designers and department leads.
Requirements:
- +2 years of professional experience designing videogames.
- Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills (written and verbal), being able to transmit difficult and creative concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Highly creative thinker, able to transform ideas into feasible and entertaining concepts.
- Strong knowledge of basic game design and level design theory/principles.

- Design several game aspects like cameras, controls, etc.
- Assist the level designers regarding the game design.
- Manage opinions and critiques (internal & external) to the game design.
Specific responsibilities:
- To become the expert and key person regarding one or more game areas (i.e. AI behaviours, physical parameters adjustment, scripting systems, online & multiplayer, dialogues & cutscenes).
- Help develop the design and solve problems in any of their areas.
- Document and communicate relevant information to other designers and department leads.

- Game or level design experience, on at least one published product.

Producer - €60k
You will be responsible for overseeing the technical, creative and design teams, ensuring titles are completed to the highest quality, on time and to budget. You will generate milestones and monitor the day to day running of projects, whilst working closely with a number of departments to create and manage schedules, strategies and budgets.
