They are developing for the PS3 now. Therefore, experience using a variety of 3d packages, and having an understanding of the requirements of shipping console games is a must.
In addition to relevant experience the successful person must have;
· A breadth of artistic styles
· An ability to think in 3D
· Drawings/sketches that display their skills as well as any modelling and texture work.
· Excellent sense of form, weight (mass), and volume
· Good use of light and shadow
· An understanding of optimisation
· Excellent sense of scale and level of finish
· A background in architecture is an advantage.

Position Requirements
- A realistic approach/style is preferred for this role
- Good understanding of visual communication
- A strong ability of thinking in 3D
- Good use of line, light and shadows
- Experience in developing exceptional presentation materials in black & white, color and physical 3D (mockups, actual models, sculptures etc.)
- Good ability to visually and verbally communicate complex mechanical and emotional concepts
- Ability to work within a style including a style set by another artist/art director
- Excellent drawing and traditional illustration skills in a variety of media.
