Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, of which at least 3 must be in the games industry
- At least one AAA console title shipped from beginning to end in a development manager or producer role
- Outstanding organisational, people and team building skills
- Experience working with Scrum and mentoring agile development
- Ability to self manage and work in an open structured, cross-discipline team
- Ability to deliver and receive constructive feedback
- Responsibility for own actions and ability to admit own mistakes
- Able to easily present ideas and information to the team
