This is a vital role linking European operations with local sales requirements working closely with local distribution partners and credit support. The role involves use operations systems, working with reports and spreadsheets and an ability to suggest solutions and work around relating to stock, timing, pricing, allocations and other daily operation requirements. This role ensures that critical information is updated to relevant parties and systems.

Responsibilites:
? To lend day-to-day business / operational support to sales team & country director, relating to stock availability; campaign details; warehouse procedures & operational details.
? To liaise with Central Operations / Logistics, Warehouse, Credit control, Sales & Marketing departments and to solve potential issues.
? To assist with PC exclusive distributors.
? To prepare stock availability lists and timelines for campaigns with all relevant information obtained from various partners.
? To co-ordinate operational; sales & marketing information for campaigns like DOTG.
? To handle all operational queries and consult logistical personnel for agent queries on lead times, status etc.
? To meet weekly with credit control to resolve any pricing queries.
? To perform general operational duties, incl. stock ordering; managing stock re-works; managing returns; managing pricing; managing new account set up and general operational duties.

Skills required
? Extensive administration experience within a sales / retail / fmcg environment
? Experienced user of operations systems
? Experience of working with reports and spreadsheets and an ability to suggest solutions and work around relating to stock, timing, pricing, allocations and other daily operation requirements
? Numeric with proficiency in excel
? Superb attention to detail & accuracy.
? Forward thinking and willing to investigate various options to achieve the best result for the overall team.
? Relevant admin experience in an environment where it was expected to work independently
? Be able to work independently and handle time pressure
? Assertive and lively personality
? Be able to communicate and work cross-functionally within the organization
? Good organising and control skills
? Be able to build good relationship internally as well as externally
? Ability to work co-operatively with multiple partners and communicate relevant information to each.
