The Chief Games Designer will be responsible for the conceptualisation and direction of project(s) within the studio. They will also be responsible for overseeing the designs of all projects within the studio and monitor those projects through development ensuring that they adhere to the vision and direction, meeting the highest standard within required timescales. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' proven games design experience, with at least two completed titles under their belt. Other requirements include experience of playing both PC and console games, knowledge 3D Studio Max and experience of code e.g. C/C++ or AI programming. Some animation skills, HTML knowledge and project management experience would also be advantageous. They are looking for designers who are experienced in racing or strategy games.
