- Proficiency in Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities - including, but not limited to:

• The timely creation of high-quality game-assets to the project's art-style & technical requirements
• Build and maintain game levels
• Keep abreast of the latest industry art production techniques
• Mentor & assist junior members of the team
• Assist the Art Lead in the organisation, scheduling & tracking of work
• Liaise & work closely with other departments, solving problems on a win-win basis

Must Have:

• At least 3 years experience with content creation for games
• Art degree or excellent game-focused portfolio
• Extensive knowledge of Photoshop, Z-brush & 3DS Max or equivalent 3D package
• Technical expertise and familiarity with game-engines & their performance requirements
• A professional, pro-active & collaborative work attitude, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Passion for games & gaming
• An avid interest in all types of art & graphic design, with an extensive knowledge of colour theory & composition
• A "raise the bar" attitude

Additional Skills:

• At least one published game holding the role of Senior Artist
• Expertise in developing, defining, and documenting production workflow & processes
• The ability to work in different styles & genres

The project is a brand new SaaS application built from scratch. They are taking the learnings from their existing customers and applying them to creating a new application to redefine how we all do work. The application combines their strong base of content management and process management capabilities, but they would like to create new, intuitive and responsive applications to do common document tasks. 

The role:

Senior UX / UI / IA Designer - User Experience / User Interaction / Information Architect

- 7 years plus experience in designing innovative and interactive websites or web applications

- Mobile design experience

- Design of business applications

- Must have experience with design and prototyping tools such as Balsalmiq or Axure

- Coding and development skills are a plus

- Will have a strong portfolio of work and usable online work

- Previous project work should be generally longer-term and committed

- Prefer a degree in User Interface Design, Human Interaction or similar
