You will work as a part of a team to optimise the franchise road map and its delivery. Role

·         Support the delivery of budgeted revenue and reaching market share targets through joint business planning with the key third party publishing accounts

·         Develop rolling product lifecycle roadmaps and coordinate the sharing and updating of these with partners

·         Carry out quarterly reviews with key partners to ensure content offers value that matches the retail market norms

·         Manage and develop the trading team who will be reporting to you

·         Take part in high level trading performance and planning meetings, deputising for the Head of Trading where necessary

·         Carry out competitor analysis

·         Use a range of data sources to understand customer behaviour and purchasing patterns

·         Continually analyse performance against the agreed KPIs

·         Coordinate with the merchandising and marketing teams to ensure best performance

 

You

·         Several years of relevant buying or category management experience at manager level in the games industry

·         In depth product knowledge

·         Highly commercially minded and target driven

·         Great communication skills and relationship building

·         Experience of managing and developing team members

·         Strong negotiation skills and a background of negotiating deals and offers

·         Experience in online retail would be desirable

The Senior Designer will have a very minimum of 5 years' design experience, with an excellent understanding of all areas of games design, including systems, UX, gameplay, economy etc. They are seeking someone to join projects mid or late production and quickly grasp the position of the whole game.
