Julien Hofer The founder of the company. This ex-mathematician has spent time working as a programmer and now specialises in the recruitment and search and selection of senior management in games development.

Andrea Denton Andrea has a degree in French from Kings College and has been recruiting games programmers for Datascope for ten years. She heads up all games recruitment.

Lucy Phillips Lucy is a Senior Consultant at Datascope recruiting games, level and audio designers. She has an MA in History of Art from Glasgow University and has worked for Datascope for 8 years, having just returned after a year’s maternity leave to be with her daughter.

George Sanders George has studied History of Art at Nottingham University and followed it up with a Masters at Reading University in the History of Art & Architecture. Drawing upon two years of recruitment experience he has now joined Datascope to recruit games artists and animators.

Benjamin Royce Ben started in the games industry as a programmer studying at DeMontfort University in Leicester later to venture into the recruitment market here at Datascope and is now part of the programming team specialising in AAA game roles.

Jana Ippoliti Jana is our multilingual consultant bringing with her over two years recruitment experience.She studied at the Slovak Technical University and now specialises in the recruitment of PR, Sales and Marketing professionals.

Malsara Thorne After 12 years with Datascope Malsara left in 2007 to take a career break and to pursue other interests.She has now come back to the fold to help Julien grow the company and take it to the next level of its development. Kate Gaseltine Kate is our in-house business psychologists. After achieving a first in PPE at Oxford and then spending several years in the Treasury, she undertook an MBA at London Business School and went on to work for a top management consultancy. Armed with an MSc in Business Psychology she now specialises in executive coaching.
