Art Vacancies
Our client seeks highly creative and capable Digital Artists to work on high-end CG projects within the entertainment and automotive industry.
They currently have vacancies for people with proven skills in 4 key areas:
- - High-end character creation including rigging and hair systems
- - High-end vehicle based animation, visual effects and post
- - High-end character animation
- - Texture creation and Matte Painting
Candidates should:
- - Be able to demonstrate a high quality portfolio/showreel (junior positions not available at this time).
- - Be reliable with a proven track record.
- - Be motivated, self-disciplined, and able to take a shot from start to finish.
- - Have proven knowledge of and experience animating with 3DS Max.
Good communication and organisational skills are essential. All round skills in modelling, texturing, lighting and animation are highly desired.
Producer
The primary purpose of the Producer/Project Manager is to organise and lead a production team on a project-by-project basis with a focus on achieving visual excellence, fulfilling requirements, meeting targets and exceeding client expectations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- - Translation of client requirements to production staff
- - Project Planning and task/activity organisation and delegation
- - Pre-production research and requirements gathering
- - Project-to-project situation assessment and action planning (budgetary matters and cost-savings opportunities)
- - Resource time management
- - Resource line manager
- - Project evaluation and quality control
- - Maintain industry awareness (new techniques, technologies and trends)
- - Production traffic awareness and schedule impact
Requirements:
- - Educated to degree level or qualifiable professional experience
- - Ability to analyse and interpret client requirements
- - Experience and willingness to work with various teams - Various disciplined Digital Artists, Sales and Account Management teams
- - Excellent communication skills
- - Strong and measurable time management skills
- - Proficient with the every-day usage of the Microsoft Office Suite
- - A knowledge of production techniques would be an advantage
