Senior Gameplay Coder
They are currently looking for a senior Gameplay/AI programmer interested in working as part of a team shaping the next generation of games. This will involve designing, writing and maintaining cross-platform code on a single project. You will work alongside our Game Designers to support and realise the Game's vision.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for Computer Games
- Strong C++ knowledge and experience
- Scripting experience using Lua or other similar languages
- Self motivated, ability to work well with others, attention to detail
- Shipped at least one title as a Gameplay/AI programmer
- An understanding of Gameplay systems and the ability to write robust code
Advantageous
- Skills in any of Networking, Physics, Rendering, Animation or other key game technologies
- Console development experience is a plus
- A demo is very advantageous (binaries and source code, please)
Experienced Designer
They are currently looking for an experienced Games Designer with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role and at least 1 published AAA title to join their team. The successful applicant will work with the creative director and lead designer to design and implement gameplay mechanics in a AAA, next generation action title.
Character Animator
I have found you a great opportunity to work for an award winning studio and help in creating the most stunning looking and believably animated characters for one of our eagerly awaited upcoming AAA titles.
You will be responsible for creating game ready animations from motion capture data and building animation trees using our in house tools.
Experience of Autodesk Motion Builder is essential, please note any relevant experience you have had with the package.
Your CV should show your creative interest in the motion of human characters. They don't need to see all the work you've ever done but remember your initial application is based on the work you send, so make it air tight.
Character Animators x 2 - CONTRACT
They are currently looking for experienced animators who have a good understanding of all animation principals, have a good eye for natural human motion and the drive to recreate this in game, using their in-house character pipeline. They successful candidate will be responsible for creating game ready animations from motion capture data and building animation trees using their in house tools.
Experience of Autodesk Motion Builder is essential, as is the ability to work closely within a team of animators, artists, designers and programmers.
They would like to see
- Animated sequences (in a file format usable within Window's Media Player) displaying your ability to create character animation, demonstrating a sense of posing characters and timing.
- Any experience you have in Motion Builder and/or working with motion capture data
- Your CV should show your creative interest in the motion of humanoid characters.
